Complaint form

Make a complaint about an electricity, gas, water, telecommunications, or broadband installation (on shared property) provider.

Make a complaint by using this form or phoning us on 0800 22 33 40. Someone from our office will be in touch to talk about your complaint as soon as possible and within five-ten working days. If your complaint is urgent, please call us at 0800 22 33 40.

We can only accept your complaint if you are the listed account holder, or for complaints made by businesses, if you are a listed director of the company. We may accept a complaint from someone other than the account holder in extreme cases, for example if there is a health risk that must be addressed.

We can only consider complaints about New Zealand providers who have joined or are required to join Utilities Disputes.
