Billing-related energy complaints rise as new research shows consumers don't understand their power bills
In the past year (May 2017 – May 2018) Utilities Disputes received an increase in the portion of billing-related energy complaints: from approximately 55% of all complaints to 75% of all complaints. While Utilities Disputes can't make decisions about the price of electricity or gas, we can investigate whether your bill is accurate, and whether customers are on the most appropriate plan. We can also look at customer service, information and communication.
